What is the Phoenix Foundry Effect?

The Phoenix Foundry Effect is when students are excited to learn in a hands-on, fully immersive way that differs from traditional classroom settings.

Middle School STEAM

Middle school students will have the opportunity to take classes that will have a variety of focus to allow students the opportunity to explore interests.

Skills gained in this program will range from understanding circuitry and using hand tools to being able to program robots and CNC machines.

Students will have the opportunity to take courses ranging from fundamental courses to manufacturing, robotics, and Arduino circuitry.

Elementary STEAM

Elementary students will have the opportunity to learn and apply the engineering design process to a variety of challenges. These challenges include learning about robotics, aerodynamics, space, structural design, parachutes, and more!

Engineering Design Process

All students will learn how to use the engineering design process to solve real world challenges.
