Due:
Video yourself performing your work out routine and turn it in. Please tell us what the exercise is and how many reps before performing.
Due:
This was originally a tennis challenge but you can choose any sport that involves volleying (volleyball, pickle ball, table tennis etc.)
By yourself or with a partner volley an object 100 times in a row. If you can video it that would be amazing but it is not mandatory.
Let me know what activity you chose and what your high score is.
***Elementary: 100 might seem impossible, so just use what you have and try to set a personal best.
To see examples google "100 volley challenge" by Roger Federer or Andy Murray.

What specific skills are you going to practice and how are you going to practice them?
Please list 6-10 activities that will help develop specific skills needed for your sport. Remember to add descriptions and reps. This should look very similar to your conditioning program but with skills instead of exercises. Please submit before the Sunday due date to receive feedback and have time to make corrections if needed.
