About Me

Welcome! I am the STEAM Coordinator here at IACS.  This is my 14th year at Independence Academy.  

I have a Bachelor's in Science in Environmental Science and Technology and a Minor in Speech Communication from Mesa State (now Colorado Mesa University).  I have my Masters of Education in E-Learning (AKA Online Learning), completed February 2020. I have a mindset that everyone is a lifelong learner, which I try to model/share with my students.

Away from school I love to spend time with my family, read, spend time in my yard, spend time in our home workshop, and play video games on my custom desktop PC.  You will frequently find me at the ballpark, cheering on my kids.
